Went to Cortijo restaurant at Hyatt Ziva in Cabo and it was a good experience. Food was good and our server Amalia was awesome. We were craving for Churros during our stay at Hyatt Ziva but could not find any at the hotel. We asked Amalia where we can get some around town. Roman was a lot of fun. He had a lot of energy, funny tricks for all ages and was very personable. Roman also introduced us to some new spices and told us where we could source them stateside too. Roman was one of the highlights of our trip! View all feedback.
