I visited this bakery a few years ago and recently came back because they have big avocado toast and cinnamon rolls. The fresh sourdough toast is served with a perfectly ripe avocado, with exactly the right amount of spices and a perfectly garden sunny egg above. Not only is it easily the best pasta I have eaten in the entire country, but the service is absolutely phenomenal, the atmosphere is out of this world, and the quality text hire experience is on par with what you’d expect from five star Michelin dining in Canada… Yesterday I drove over an hour each way just to be able to have the opportunity to have their pistachio pasta….
