the small Hawker Center style food dishes in cabramatta have always looked at me attraktiw. that was my first time I tried to eat it from one of the shops. pad see ew $10 and comes with a cup icestee. we split it between two because we had a snack before. reasonable quality standard – a bit of wok-hei, not too bold. I was here to order the seafood laksa at both locations. feels like the owners have changed or at least the cook. When I came 6 months ago, I had authentic Malaysian laksa. rich, amber-colored deep broth with the peans. this time around the laksa style was more of a Thai/Laos style. broth tasted closer to a tom yum and was more of an orange-coloured tinge without the sprouts.
