What One WordOnly doesn't like about Thanh Binh:
Food is good but the menu prices are not correct. There must be some hidden surcharge (we paid cash as they add 2% for card) which was not clear on the menu. But to be fair the portions were very large and after lunch we didn't need to eat dinner or breakfast next morning. Tasty prawn meat on sugar cane, but expensive. Grief Thanh Binh offers a traditional Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. It is located on the shopping strip of Cabramatta. This restaurant is known for its prawn meat on sugar cane, but due to a state Ban Ban-Ban Meat in December 2016 there was a price increase (I just found out about it, I found out how the restaurant has a "spilling" on her wrote justification for a price hike and be kept in each table). Grief How this restaurant is known for its prawn meat on sugar tube, why, why, why, why elsewhere? I also ordered a children's bowl noodle soup when my child wanted to "noodles". Grief Grief The kids noodle (flat rice noodles with pho broth - probably twice as big as a rice bowl), first came out, and I was not very much on promised the soup, as there was an oily layer on the top, the oily residue On the spoon. Besides, the noodles were soft and the broth was delicious. It was beautifully balanced in aromas with the sweet and salty. I could also taste the Star Anali, which I do not mind. It came out what I prefer personally. Grief Grief My plate was the highlight. My plate came with X2 shrimp meat on sugar ears cut in half and spread on the plate. It also came with Mermicelli with boiled shallots and something that tasted like fried fat pieces and pickled carrots tasted. There was a basket of iceberg lettuce, cucumbers and 3 varieties of Asian herbs (I do not like raw bean sprouts, so I did not decide to have it). There was also a plate of rice paper sheets, a dive sauce and a bowl of hot water to easily soak RICE paper sheets. There was also a wet cloth to wipe her hands after her meal. (There is a large bottle of aquim hand sanitizer on each table, which is a great idea, but no other restaurant in Cabramatta I have near). Grief The shrimp meat was soft, not tough and delicious. It was sweet and salty and was next yum yum, as a small package was wrapped with the fresh herbs, vermicelli, cucumbers, carrots and salad and dipped in the sauce. It tasted fresh, crispy and the combination of aromas was good. If you are not used to eat asian herbs, just go on it as it can be a bit strong in the taste. The diving sauce was nice with the chili, but I found it too salty. I like how to create your wrap, but you suit your taste buds. Be careful not to soak the rice paper sheets as it becomes soft and slightly tear apart. All you do is dive into the hot water for a second as you rotate the sheet, make sure it is completely covered, it will easily feel firmly, but when you enclose your package, it's soft enough to eat it while he chewed his shape texture. Grief It's a bit expensive for $ 22, but I would only come back for the shrimp meat. The staff was friendly. A few restaurants offer EFT facilities, otherwise you will always wear / buy in Cabramatta, otherwise always money.

We tried the PHO Tai, Spring Roller and Lemon Racial Beef Vermicelli Salad. Spring rolls were fresh and super delicious and the pho and the beef were also solid. I am looking forward to returning and try the rest of the menu. Staff and service was also solid.
A word word - Do not rely on the menu displayed in the ZOMATO app. There is no banquet menu and do not sell a wine (both are displayed in the App menu).
I go to Thanh Binh because I was a child .. the food was amazing My favorite was the sugar caneprade Vermicelli and the Phó Tai .. since she changed the management, the food was not the same .. it's a shame
