What Damian Morissette doesn't like about UE Noodle Restaurant:
Having heard good reviews about their duck leg noodle soup, I finally manage to try this place. They are now located at more accessible spot near the station rather than their previous location in the hidden dark alley. At first, I thought the soup will be like herbal type but their version has clear broth soup base served with perfectly cooked egg noodle. The meat wasn't that tender unfortunately and quite bland for... View all feedback. What Sheila Herman likes about UE Noodle Restaurant:

read moreLocated in Cabramatta, this restaurant is famed for its generous portions and flavorful dishes. The pork hock noodle soup with rice noodles is a standout, offering a massive serving size and rich flavors from the pork and fresh chili. While slightly pricier than anticipated, it is still considered a worthwhile investment. Their duck leg noodle soup features a clear broth soup base with perfectly cooked egg noodles, though some find the meat to be lacking in tenderness and flavor. Situated in a more accessible location near the station, the restaurant delights patrons with its firm and lively noodles, with the duck leg combo being a crowd favorite. The accompanying chrysanthemum leaves provide a unique and delightful earthy taste. The atmosphere is described as basic and down-to-earth, with friendly and efficient service. A highlight is the pork trotter noodles, which are both juicy and flavorful, complemented by homemade chili oil and a delicious side of soup. Overall, this establishment is highly recommended for noodle enthusiasts who appreciate well-executed dishes in both soup and dry form.
