I come often to this slow food factory! I like it because the quality is good! They serve many typical seasonal dishes (not in the menu) and of course also sandwiches, salads...! I usually get home made french fries, bruschette with typical sardinian bread, foster beer on tap!! In these years I spent time from this bar-focacceria, but only to shape their famous fried potatoes, punctually accompanied by ichnus not filtered to the plug....
