"The service personnel were not prepared or worried to help customers the first time. Above all, the headroom, who was more concerned with his own image of importance than the customers he led to a table. There was an unnecessarily long delay before someone asked about first drinks or food orders. It was like we were invisible. Luckily the quality of food saved the day!"
