"This restaurant is beyond any expectations. It is a 2/3 hour- journey of a culinary experience using all the ingredients of the local territory. Even though I visited quite many restaurants of very good quality, this place is something else. All the member of the staffs take the food service to another level. Since they don’t have many tables, each guest is treated with a great attention. Please note that the name of the restaurant recently changed to Hyle, however when you will make the reservation this will be explained and they will also provide you the location. I absolutely suggest not to miss this gastronomical experience. It worth every cents."

"A wonderful experience, I had already been to starred restaurants in Rome and Milan, but this one has nothing to envy of a Heinz or a Cracco, indeed in some ways, at least for my taste, I found the attention to food and combinations more successful. The staff were exceptional and the environment was wonderful. I wouldn't change anything, however I didn't eat certain types of meat and they were able to offer me an alternative in order to complete the menu I wanted. A young and enthusiastic team, I recommend everyone to have such a beautiful experience, it's really worth it.
