"Fat Boys was a beacon of light in a relatively dark area food wise. Not to say there aren't other good places around Arkadelphia, but once we found Fat Boys we went back again and again! When you are traveling for work you usually want one of two things 1) Amazing local food OR 2) something consistent. Fat Boys delivers both. Everything we ordered looked, smelled, and tasted homemade, from the fries to the catfish to the pork cutlets and BBQ. Is it the best BBQ brisket I've ever had? No, but it was juicy, tender and flavorful. We also went on Steak Night Tuesday and the 16oz. boneless Ribeye was pretty close to perfect. The food is prepared honestly without fuss and tasted great. HUGE portions for certain items (I think that's by design) and everything is priced fairly. If I ever come back to Arkadelphia, I will know where I'm going for dinner."
