Brassrie de la Halle has an excellent location in this historic city. The owner is also a good cook and able to produce good dishes. Problem is, I don't think he always does cooking, which makes the quality of the food fluctuates. Adding a pizza menu did not help because better pizzas can be had right around the corner..
