bacolod cupcake cafe is just a small cafe, but service is so beautiful and eating is good. I only bought a whole cake today and a couple of brote. they also have the greatest desserts presentations. the price is also appropriate. very fast wifi too. View all feedback.

20181104 A superb place to go on weekends. The servicemen are kind and eager to help. However the music here is not proper for a cafe like this to sit long. When writing this comment the TV is playing K-POP and J-POP. At an invasive degree that is hard to ignore the volume. For the moment you need to concentrate, it is definitely distracting. Some people came here to escape from the outside world which is noisy. Maybe it's only my personal opinion but this might be a reference for those sensitive people like me. Originally it worth 5 stars. If next time the problem fixed or relieved, I would change my comment here.
