hotel outside town in a vineyard. automatic reception worthy of a customs health centre... But on the other hand badly cleaned room restaurant not at the height...

"When they go after cafayate know that the restaurants are extremely limited – for everyone. this place does not explicitly label its vegan options, but it has vegetarian dishes marked and they can easily be adapted to vegan by removing cheese, or some, such as the hearty guaiso de lentejas, or lentil stone, are already vegan. the owner and the staff were very friendly and happy to explain the available options. the restaurant makes pizzas so that they can get a pizza and remove the cheese, they can also build their own salat or vegetarian sandwich, or get them another of the vegetarian options such as the lentil stew or quinoa suppe, which are naturally vegan - although for the suppe expressly ask for no cheese. I got an salat and the lentil stew and must admit that it was a bit too much, even if I eat a lot. are big! the salat was very fresh and beautifully presented. the onepot was warm and filled. homey and very tasty, although nothing imaginative – only lenses and sweet carrots, squash, etc. the quinoa soup also sound good like their vegetarian pizza without cheese, so these are probably also beautiful for vegans. service was great and very friendly. they can pay with visum or mastercard. the owner spoke to the people and he was super nice to explain what was prepared in every dish, as it was, etc. he made me feel very comfortable and welcome. recommend it here during your trip to cafayate. the place is left of the main square when facing the cathedrale. can't miss it."
