"Lobby is at the 4th floor. Wheel chair accessible. No welcome drinks. Staff are friendly. Rooms are fairly maintained but not 100% sanitized. Bring lysol wipes if you can. The restaurant is small and ambience is ok but the breakfast buffet is standard and similar to food you would buy from a carenderia. The Pool is more a small lap pool and preferably for kids. Next to that is the gym which is available to guests but the area is small probably 4 to 5 max working out comfortably. Upside is it's next to Centrio Mall, Robinsons and if your willing to go SM mall which is 10 to 15 min walk from Seda."

"The place is cozy and beautiful. ordered coffee and asked him to have more coffee and less milk, nor his too milky and could not taste the coffee. I think it's more of a bartender bad brew problem."
