What User doesn't like about Tapsi Time:
The food was okay and I think it's a little bit expensive for its quantity. The ambiance was quite hot. There were two Aircon and two ceiling fan but only one of each were functioning. I suggest that they needed some upgrade. The service was good and the staffs were accomodating. read more.

If you want to a beer after work and hang out with friends, Tapsi Time from Cagayan de Oro is a good bar, In the morning they serve a extensive breakfast here.
