"There was a decent amount of choice for vegetarians, but I didn't see a large amount for vegans. After I said that, they would do something because they have much more consciousness for vegetarianism than most places in sardinia. I had to start the aubergine dish (which was vegan and very tasty) followed by pasta (which was not vegan) there was a cousin-cous dish on the menu that I am sure could be made without cheese.
