Waited 45 minutes to order food after getting a bottle of water and a meny, no one came and the guy that had our table looked like a junkie and never even came close to our table again. Eventually we got tired of waiting and just payed for the water that we didn't touch and left for another place. Worst experience we had on an otherwise great trip to Cagliari.
