The Oasi is an oyster/mussel farm, and the oysters and mussels were just perfect, and really incredible value. In peak season they also buy in other shellfish like fazolari. I spent six weeks travelling in Puglia and I ate a lot of seafood, but this was definitely the best meal I had. The couple who run the Oasi were super-friendly and welcoming. I had expected something like a restaurant, but this is a working farm... View all feedback.
