"Went to Malarkeys a couple of weeks ago for my partners birthday and I can highly recommend! The menu is has a great twist on good Irish food. I had the monkfish and it was the best I have ever had! The vegetables and potatoes served with it were perfectly cooked and the corn on the cob was a lovely addition on the place. Portions were generous, but the taste of everything was simply exquisite. Siobhan was absolutely brilliant and very tentative ensuring we were ok for everything. I had contacted her prior to arrival about organising birthday candles on a dessert and she was most helpful. If you looking for good, fresh Irish food, perfectly prepared, look no further. It's clear that the chef has a passion for his cooking. Thanks to all at Malarkey's and we will definitely be back."

"This place is just streets ahead of any other restaurant I have visited in recent times . Pure class , amazing food , excellent service , in a wonderful setting . I was there New Year’s Eve and meant to post this review then, but the excellent experience still lives large in my mind. The scallop starter was so delicate and amazingly executed , my dining companion had mushrooms on toast . Chateaubriand was our main , my mouth waters every time I think of it . I went for a desert I usually don’t go for , Crème brûlée and wow is all i can say , a game charger . From the welcome we got , to the desert was a truly memorable experience and I am really looking forward to a return visit."

"The allergens are listed on the menu and many dishes can be made gluten-free. I had an amazing beef stew and gluten-free apple cake. I was so glad to order Dessert. There were 3 options on the menu, I felt pampered for the choice! I recommend this restaurant, it was 10/10 for me. The food is excellent!"
