Great place to watch the Carnival Parade. Worst natchos ever. Cheese whiz, cut up hotdogs and crema? Not what it started on the menu, but the beer was good. Staff was nice but hard to communicate with. Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
