Central 1535 - Cahuita

Food was really good but the service was just OK, every single dish i got over the few times i went while staying at the hotel was extremely good and you can’t go wrong with anything. What Rodrigo Galicia doesn't like about Central 1535:
Don 't let the pictures fool you. Food is meh , service is super crappy and there is no hospitality. Unfortunately my main dish came with 2 hairs (one visible and the other inside the eggs) The staff didn 't apologized and just said they will cancel the other. Honestly I wouldn 't recommend it.
