What Napoleon Volkman doesn't like about Kopi Kopi Café & Kitchen:
Tucked inside Village East, it's located near their chapel. From the outside, it seems to be a hidden gem of a restaurant but on the inside, it was a bit disappointing. Chairs look reaaaaally old. Ordered pansit bihon, tuna sandwich & cream puff. Nothing stood out in taste. Too much hype on their cream puff but it tasted old and not yummy at all. Our drinks were served last, service is very poor. View all feedback.
