Tapsi ni Vivian is one of the must try tapsilugan in Metro. The serving is huge for pesos. Personally, the tapa is kinda sweet for my taste buds. They offer free soup and has wide variety of food to select — all kinds to silog meals, crisy crablets, bulalo, dinuguan and more. For this tapa experience, i still prefer Maty’s tapsilog. read more.
