I went to Tapsi ni Vivian for what I hoped would be a comforting brunch. I was very disappointed. I ordered a sisig silog. I have eaten sisig at several other places and always, the meat is chopped really well so you are blissfully unaware...of the parts of a pig you are putting in your mouth.
