excellent location and attentive service. but eating made me underwhelmed. I had the four cursor meal with scallops, pumpkin risotto, sous vide steak and orangenpolnta cake. Unfortunately, the scallops were ruined when I tried the cream under the dishes I thought was a Celeriac/Cauliflower purée, it turns out that it was just for the decoration to keep the scallops in place and was full of salt. the risotto was beaut...
