best Indian restaurant in cairns. good amount for the price we paid. their cholesterol feature is the best of all time! they served it at our first night in cairns, although it is a lunch special meal. we went back to our vacation twice. the staff is also very polite and friendly. good ambiente, good eating. What User doesn't like about Bombay Kitchen Cairns City:
By far the worst Indian in Australia. Staff were nice but the food was shocking, stale chewy topping on the chaat, zero taste to the mains, zero seasoning, maybe cheap cuts of lamb, nan's over cooked and crispy like a dry pizza base. It was pretty much inedible and was $85 for 2 people and we had to leave and get dinner elsewhere. That's the real insult to injury View all feedback.
The service was relatively long, but the meal was catching up with the service rating. The taste has transported us in an indeed. It was really delicious.
When we think about celebration, Bombay kitchen is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the desert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my family and me have a great meal, we have ever served. Service was delightful and very hospitable hosts with beautiful presentation..Highly recommended!!

We are a family from Melbourne and have visited cairns twice in the past 6 months. Both times we have gone to Bombay kitchen and our experience had been the same fantastic. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful checking if everything was ok with the meal and working hard to make sure everything was wonderful.Ultimately a fantastic Indian restaurant and a must in cairns. Would recommend.
