Had heard it has had a revamp and the decor is really quirky- quite unlike anything else I've seen in Cairns. Kind of seems like it should be out of place in suburbia but somehow it works. Service was efficient, and the menu selection was pretty good as well, reasonably priced. The crumbed fish was really dry, which is the only negative thing I have to say. Nice revamped venue with fresh clean look.Lunch Menu extensive with dishes for all taste buds.The staff are friendly, efficient and professional, definitely the best asset of this venue.My only concern was the doors to the function room were open and the noise from this room overflowed to the restaurant and made it difficult to discuss business . Undoubtedly the bungalow hotel was one of the most amazing venues. we had a great time for my first birthday. a delicious food, an excellent service and the staff were all helpful.
