We were very intrigued by the restaurant and the location, which turned out to be a disappointment as we ordered tapas which in reality seemed more like a little substantial appetizer and mussels which really had a more than unpleasant smell and taste (dirty sea water from the port). "Great meat options here. Very high quality meat. The pasta was nothing special, cheap precut bacon from mercadona instead of proper bacon. The scramoza cheese starter was fine. Only reason i dont give 5 stars is because the waiter had asked me if we wants some shots and we assumed they were complimentary as a on the house gift, in the end we got charged for them..."

"Very good. We took pizzas and ate at home. The staff are super kind and the pizzas were delicious and they're done soon. On the menu, there's a vegetarian and a vegan pizza, and you can even collect your own pizza. A real rapist!"

"We first came to this bar when we were holidaying with our kids about 15 years ago. Now returning as a couple mainly. Friendly and reasonably priced. Steve who runs the bar is amazing and have no idea how he does it mainly on his own. We will always return for the odd night when in the area."

"We were five people, ordered three “steak iberico” and one paella with vegetables (for two people). Unfortunately it took them over 60min to deliver the food to our table. We were starving and nobody cared till we asked them. As we got the food, one of us got french fries to the steak, instead of the potatoes we ordered. To bring it without us letting now felt unprofessional, but we were cool with it. I had the paella, wasn’t my best yet. The amount was enough for two people, even when it’s a bit too salty for our taste. The white wine was good. As dessert I ordered panna cotta, it took them 20min for it, although the restaurant was already quite empty. As I got it, it was looking good. Unfortunately, they left some kiwi peel on the fruit. For a dessert of 6€ (which is a lot, compared to the cusine in Berlin) I expect something better. In the end I can recommend the food, but they took a bit long and didn’t let us know why. Was kinda unfortunate service, for their menu prices. I’ll rate them with 3.5 stars. We may visit them again."

"A good restaurant for good occasions, they also have a €18 menu, the vegetarian rice, the croquettes, the custards, the chocolate dessert are very good, but the seafood paella is quite fair, maybe it was a coincidence of a bad day, the 'arros was raw and tasteless. "We stayed local to the restaurant, we originally went without a reservation and they were very accommodating. On the second occasion they were incredibly helpful sorting out an airport taxi at the last minute which had fallen through. All the staff were great with us and our families. We had a group of kids between 8 and 14 and it was perfect and had a really nice atmosphere. We only wish we had gone a third time instead of going in to cala d’or. The food was very good and we couldn’t speak more highly of our experience on all fronts. Would highly recommend."
