We are locals , and therefore have had the opportunity to eat at most of the seafood eateries from Southport to Surfside Beach. This is our new favorite place to eat. We had the Capt. John 's platter, and as is typical of Calabash style cooking... there was enough for two more people! The flounder was light, flaky and delicious. The service was wonderful but the meal was a disappointment. Nothing was fresh at all. Calamari was soggy and like rubber, same with the shrimp and fish. Would not recommend eating here. read more.
