"Wonderful 5 star quality lunch with beautifully presented and delicious cuisine lovely little appetizers, small containers of melon juice to whet the appetite, wonderful gambas concoction to start with, delicious pork roast with a subtle peanut sauce and elegant baby root veg all decorated with edible flowers and mini veggies. A real delight for the eyes and the taste buds. The chef has improved his game tremendously. Highly recommended and excellent value for money the fixed price menu is well worth the trip to the superb Chateau between Calais and St. Omer."
