First place we dined at when we arrived in the Philippines. This place does not disappoint. We were seated right away and brought menus and ordered bottled waters. I've been going to Dagupena restaurant for decades. I remember going there for breakfast while on my way to Baguio. For me, it's a classic but I also remember that service was always very slow.
