"I have gone to kawsaytika for over a year and am impressed by the vision and passion to improve and grow as a restaurant and also in the community. a new menu change has neglected the options and easy recipe change to improve the taste. For example, the raw chocolate cake is now made in the house and is even more delicious than in the last year. the daily lunch menu always offers well seasoned, well-healthy eating and the price is very compatible with similar other vegan options in the sacred valley. Among the favourite dishes are curry, flafel wrap/salad, peanut butter smoothie and raw chocolate cake. amazing aromen. thanks to the whole team!"
