"I visited for the first time a week ago whilst out on a bike ride, although I have been meaning to pop in for ages. It was an awful rainy day but the staff and the lovely warm environment were very welcoming. The coffee was excellent and good value and the menu looked very tempting for a planned future visit. "Took my nana for afternoon tea for and on her birthday! It was absolutely amazing! We were made to feel very welcome the minute we walked in the door and Marina especially took the time to come see us and actually served our afternoon...tea. Everything was Home made, the tarts, scones everything!!! It was all nicely presented on what I think is a vintage stand and it was just the right size without being overwhelming. Great atmosphere, great food and drink-we’ll definitely be back!"

"I don’t know how or why I haven’t reviewed this place sooner. The ice cream is simply delicious, always a good choice of flavours and different ways to enjoy your ice cream as a milkshake, waffles etc. I alway go for the Dixon’s blue in a tub or as a milkshake. I’m not quite sure what the flavour is but it’s to die for. Try it!! The price is pretty average and in line with most other ice cream/ dessert places. I hope to see this place expand to more areas in the next few years."
