Spicy Bites - Calderdale

So that was disappointing, spent nearly £40 for everything to go in the bin. The garlic and coriander rice was full of random vegetables and a load of oil. The chicken in the butter chicken was really bad quality and had strange hard bits in it. The Jalfrezi was so filled with oil and literally just tasted like chilli (no flavor). The Onion bargies were dry and cold. The Popadoms were stale and the dips were so unbelievably basic.... Just an all round horrible experience. I asked for the chips crispy, i'm not sure if they were even cooked they were that soggy, I called up to ask about them being crispy and the guy said it's because we were late collecting although we were 5 minutes early. He also said that you can never get chips crispy, for a takeaway to not be able to get chips right, how embarrassing. I will not be going here ever again, the amount of oil on everything was laughable, I have never seen anything like it in my life. There wasn't even a refund offered. I always had good experiences with the food here and always recommended them to others, obviously from this experience I will not be going back.

Late again unbelievable requested multiple updates nothing rang them up no answer horrible and horrendous

Horrible horrendous don’t order late by 20 minutes we rang up and was completely ignored he spoke no English and hung up on us not helpful at all I will not be ordering again And wouldn’t suggest to anyone less cause the staff are horrendous and unhelpful luckily the delivery driver saved the day by ringing us up and giving us updates

King Kapsolon?? It was a tray of chips covered in sauce and lettuce. Seen more meat in a vegetarian curry. Won't bother again.
