We loved Freddie's! We have lived in Caldwell for over 3 years and never tried them until our 17 year old got a job there this summer. They are delicious! Patties are very thin but there are 2-3 patties on the burger depending on the one you order. The fries are sooo good. Better than McDonald's if you ask me. "Finally, the drive was to try A J's. Nice little restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. It's been a long time since I had Pupusa and that was very good. Many options for fillings so you are sure to find something to satisfy what you want. The tamal was tasteful and well cooked. The curtido was also delicious. Glad I could finally get out of there and give them an attempt, just wishing they were a little closer to Boise, but not far enough to stop me from going back!"

"Husband and I stopped here to get some burgers for lunch and had a lovely experience. The burgers were delicious- Juicy and cooked to perfection! We also ordered the fried zucchini for an appetizer- yum!! Friendly and fast service across the board from multiple staff members during our visit. On our way out we stopped by the bakery counter for a lemon butter cookie to share. It was one of the most scrumptious cookies we've ever had. The surrounding property behind the restaurant has big beautiful trees and a really nice water fountain. We look forward to coming back, again!"

"This was our first time here. We really enjoyed our visit. The staff checked on us throughout our time there. The atmosphere was very nice. It wasn't too really loud or too bright or dark. They also have a couple of tvs up on the walls if you want to watch some sports. The food was delicious. I substituted sourdough bread on my cheeseburger, and it didn't cost extra, awesome! My wife ordered the Turkey Club sandwich and said it was amazing! And the French fries were cooked just right. Grit 2C is somewhere I really recommend you try. We definitely will be going back."
