Ordered food at 1201 one vehicle in the drive through ordering when I arrive. 1231 I pull up to window. I asked why was there a long wait of 30 min at the drive through. The gal tells me it was the afternoon rush and lots of people walked up inside. My food was still not prepared and when she gave it to me she forgot the drink. I reminded her of the drink and left.
