The ribs are cooked so tender and glazed just right. If you want fall off the bone ribs, this is the place to go! We also had the red potatoes too and they are nicely seasoned. View all feedback.
What Todd Scott doesn't like about The Smokehouse Bbq:
The food was excellent but it's tough to overlook how dirty the place was. The kitchen is clean but the dining area was pretty gross. It's not that big of an area either and I can't imagine that it would take very long to push a broom through the place once in a while. View all feedback.
I’ve been living here in the Treasure Valley for 15 years and was feeling like eating some BBQ Pulled-Pork and Smoke Beef-Brisket. Found this spot In Caldwell actually Smoking Beef-Brisket as I pulled up to the location The Smoke House BBQ, and ordered Beef-Brisket and Pulled-Pork and these delicious SMOKED buttery red potatoes that tasted so GOOD and it literally melted in your mouth.The Beef-Brisket was the BOMB!!! Beef Brisket is made so perfect, just torn apart with two fingers and the flavor was amazing.Pulled-Pork is also delicious! If you ever stop by I DEFINITELY recommend the Beef-Brisket and the Red Potatoes…

Had the brisket. Awesome food, big portions, friendly people. Definitely coming back!
Brisket was ok. It was overcooked, so a little dry, especially near the bark. It had a good, beefy flavor, but the bark was a little bitter from the smoke. The ribs were also a little overcooked, and although I could see some rub on the ribs, I couldn't taste any rub, and the flavor was dull. The regular sauce was fine, but the hot sauce was thin and did not help the meat flavor. The potato salad was ok, but tasted like store-bought Reser's. Everything was ok, but nothing makes me want to go back.
Wow, I was surprised how well my 1lb. of Brisket sandwich with potato salad and baked beans was. I was surprised again when I was told the brisket sandwich came with a lb. of brisket. That is cheap and the meal ain't bad. I will most definitely go again sometime because they also have ribs, chicken, and other items I want to try smoked.
