Terra Cotta Inn - Caledon

Great Food unfortunately for our host. We went crazy because it was so good. The restaurant was full and loud but towards the end of our meal, we had the place to ourselves. It was great. I'm sure the locals keep the place a secret and for good reason. After lunch I would suggest a walk around the gardens and along the Credit. This is a definite go to place.

We arrived early for lunch and snared the prime table on a tent-covered terrace overlooking the bucolic Credit River. The ambiance couldn't be bettered and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. Customers came in both formally dressed and casually dressed varieties. The breads and salads were first rate though an added grilled chicken breast was on the dry side. Coffee (both regular and cappucciano) was decent but needed additional sweetness for my taste. A stroll along the river bank capped off a pleasant lunch that could be recommended to others.

Went here for my dad's birthday. Staff is very nice. Location is beautiful. River in the background just makes it more scenic and relaxing. Restaurant has a big terrace which overlooks the garden and river. Perfect setting for weddings. Food is also very tasty.

Attended a family wedding on Sunday 28th May. The food and service was exceptional. Well worth flying from the UK for.
