We have been coming to this restaurant for breakfast for many years and always enjoy it. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The chef and waiter are great. We love the variety of options on the menu. Last time, I asked for fried eggs on my hash browns and the server was able to accommodate my request. The coffee is also good. Definitely recommend stopping by. View all feedback.

My husband and I ate here for breakfast, expecting a cut above the other usual breakfast places, given several other people's reviews. After the experience, we wondered if the reviews we read were for another restaurant. We went in expecting a more upscale place and found the decor to be what you expect at an older, plaza type store. The servers were courteous and polite. The kitchen is visible from the restaurant and I am not sure that there was one person over the age of 19 working back there. I ordered the usual breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and homefries. All with my order was ok. Nothing fancy at all, and the potatoes were burnt on the outside and just cooked on the inside - oversized. My husband ordered the hash with ham, and literally maybe got all of 5 tiny pieves of very thinly sliced ham, and again, burnt potatoes. The onions were raw. Not a great presentation at all, and hardly what you could actually call a "hash". Was just a hug load of overcooked potatoes thrown on top of some eggs. The only thing about the breakfast that was unique was the marble rye bread and the price. Higher than the average breakfast. We will not return, given that we can get a much tastier breakfast at a more reasonable price at several other places close by.
My husband and I had breakfast at the Collabria Cafe just recently August 2016. I ordered two eggs, potatoes and bacon a very reasonably priced meal. It came with some fruit and when I told the young man that we don't eat bread he offered to substitute with tomato slices. I was really happy to hear that and expected to receive a couple of thin sliced tomatoes. Instead we received 3 thick luscious looking tomatoes slices and a really generous platter of food.
If you want breakfast because you didn't have the energy to make it, or you woke up late- this is the place for you. The staff are friendly, though, the service is a little slow, the food is quite good. The portions could be a little bigger for a breakfast joint- but hey, quality over quantity. The price is actually quite good; but, know ahead of time that it closes at 3 and whenever someone orders a smoothie/speciality drink, you feel like your ears are going to bleed.
My wife and I had occasion to stop by this Bueno cafe by accident this past weekend for a bite of breakfast. What a find! The Callabria Cafe does breakfast the way it should be done, large servings of the staple eggs with bacon sausage or ham,or all. Of them if you wish, served with-and I cannot stress this too much, the BEST red potatoe home fries we have ever had!The breakfast menu is varied with all the favourites, and, every dish comes with three, that right, three pieces of fruit, orange pineapple and watermelon in our case. The coffee is excellent,as should be expected in a cafe with baristas serving many delightfull coffee concoctions. This place is a real find-you will not be disappointed !!!
