What User doesn't like about Hollow Log Cafe:
Stopped in here for lunch. This place has all the hallmarks of a great roadside cafe but didn't really deliver. We had fish and chips, and chili. Both were good but nothing special. Service was slow and our young server was not particularly friendly or helpful. View all feedback. What User likes about Hollow Log Cafe:
Great homely feel and good food. Friendly service and nice area for kids to play outside if you need to break a journey. Would really recommend if you are travelling to and from Keji. Good value, we would go again! View all feedback.

At last, we found a restaurant that excels in both presentation and flavor in all of their dishes (or at least the ones we tried).
We visited a new dim sum restaurant that had recently moved from a nearby location on a Sunday morning.

read moreThe Hollow Log Cafe, located conveniently for travelers to and from Keji National Park, offers a welcoming atmosphere, good food, and friendly service. While some dishes like fish and chips and chili may be hit-or-miss, the homemade pies, especially the blueberry, are a definite highlight. The cafe's location exudes charm with logging industry memorabilia, and visitors can enjoy live music performances on summer evenings. Pricing is reasonable for generous portions, making it a popular stop for families and couples alike. Overall, The Hollow Log Cafe is a must-visit spot for a satisfying meal while on the go.
