Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

My husband and I pickup burritos here on the weekly and the staff are SO nice. They remember our order every time and the food is so well seasoned. I’ve been to other locations and they’re so bland compared to here.

Burritos are life, and they do it well. Service is great and the employees are friendly

The worst experience ever, very rude customer service, stingy in every little things she picks, she gives you a rude look when we told her to add a little bit more cheese I'll definitely never go there. My husband said only this location in Shawnessy is bad, but i don't want to try MB anywhere else. Now when i see that most people had similar experience as me at this location, i wish i checked the review before going in.

Worst Mucho Burrito in the entire city. I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes one direction to avoid this awful restaurant. Any other Mucho would give you 50-100 percent more rice, beans, meat, toppings, etc. but what is truly special about this place, is the dried-out meat and overcooked veggies ice they serve you. In the 5-6 times I've been there, I've never had veggies that didn't look like they were cooked for an hour and sitting for 2 more.

Hello Mucho Burrito Shawnessy- I visited the store on July 20, 2022 and asked for small bowl just for Rice Beans for my son. Generally other MB stores such as Deerfoot Meadows, Marlborough have small bowl- and they only charge for extra Guacamole. But surprisingly this location does not have any small bowl for just one scoop of rice and some beans.I like to know why different stores have different set of guidelines? can someone please explain?
