Boston Pizza - Calgary

I was here yesterday and had a pretty bad experience. The service is missing and unprofessional. If you want to go one side of the setting to your food, come to this place. I've never had a single problem with another Boston Pizza, which was our first time we came to this place. Our server brought dirty glasses and side panels out and when he was asked for new ones, she was not thrilled to pick it up for us. Did she also want to get us straws for our water bodies or extra parm/chilli flakes, because she only brought 2 half filled containers out for 7 people? She wrote down all our commands, but she's messed up 2/3 of hers. When she broke out my pasta, the garlic bread was not the right one, it reached the pasta dish with her bare hand and took the bread to bring to the kitchen. Like what?. unanitary. She was rude and had attitude from the jump. On a better note, the manager, came out and apologized and he ended to serve us. He was much better and solved the problem immediately and efficiently. One star.

I get a heart-shaped pizza from Boston Pizza every year. I did this year. Half of my pizza is crust. There's hardly any blows. I'm pretty sure my chicken didn't even have sharp sauce on it. This was $33 before delivery. $33! That's the sadst pizza I've ever got from anywhere. He expressed my disappointment and waited for an answer? Update: Have now completed the survey they told me that I fill out twice without reply. What kind of customer service is that? It was 10 days and no answer.

I had an excellent server called katie and she has always checked whether everyone has refilled his food and drinks or asked if we want to drink something new. very sweet and friendly! the manager was also amazing when I never saw that she stopped her, she was everywhere on the spot to make sure everything was in check! would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great night out!

We were in the opposite for a ball tournament and the whole team plus parents and siblings came as a big group (about 30 of us.) brian was our server and he was absolutely amazing. fast, organized, helpful, pleasant and accurate. Our whole team commented on how the best team experience we've ever had and when your kids play sport, you know how many teams you eat? from our drinks to the sundaes that were carried out for the ball team and the young siblings, everything was beaten. super impressed.
