Ceili's Modern Irish Pub - Feedback

Ok - I really dont understand the low stars - I work across the road from Ceilis and go there frequently.

I've never had great service here bit usually the wait staff is accommodating and nice.

So sad to see this degrading sign outside Ceili's which was one of my favorite places to go for birthdays.
