I visited for a girly catch-up with my sister in the mid-evening. We ate and had cocktails. Other than the lack of a vegan friendly dessert choice, Earls caters to everyone and is a great choice to go as a group. The staff are efficient, friendly and know their menu, any doubts on allergens and they locate the info. Mu wife and I have been here a few times, food is generally very good. On the last visit I found the service I would say disinterested from the time we entered until the time we left. No one really took us to our table, then my wife requested a straw very simple ask. We asked our server twice and then asked another server passing by.
