Hats off the to best server BRUCE we have had at Hy’s Calgary. Bruce was firing up a Banana foster at our table when our 2 year old said “It’s Mama’s birthday.” Bruce whispered something in the air to the back and 10 seconds later, my plate had “Happy Birthday” written on it with a candle. Thank you kindly for taking care of us and the kids and making the night so special. read more.
