Ketchup dispenser is not working. The drinks are non refillable. Not too much going on at the front counter maybe because this location is in the area which there are lots of homeless.The dining area are clean though. It looks like they are maintained properly. read more.

The new design is nice and up to date .Atmosphere is great I wanted to say the service overall should get a 4 or better but I am working late shift and there are a couple people who are there that believe that they are better than the rest and the customer service is not quite as pleasant as to other times of the day so I I should give a 4 but utility I see a change in that attitude on some I would give a 21/2 stars read more.
