Have only eaten Noodlebox one time (it was right around work), but my fellow co-workers would always spread the aroma around the office, when they got Noodlebox for lunch.The dish of choice was Ginger Beef and that's what I ordered on my only sample of the establishment's cooking. I've been coming to the Noodle Box franchises out west for years. Love their formula for funky contemporary noodles. Love the spice and heat of their dishes. This particular location seems to suffer from being in a Costco parking lot in the burbs. The atmosphere looks right but doesn't provide any reason to feel welcome.
