Went for lunch with a friend and ordered the Caesar salad with salmon added. When the dish came I was surprised to see a beautifully grilled salmon filet. It was perfectly cooked (not too raw but not overdone) and had a wonderful flavour. Turns out it had a maple bourbon glaze. The Caesar salad dressing was flavourful without overwhelming with garlic.
