This is one of my favorite Phil's restaurants in the city. The staff are just so wonderful and the food is great. I almost always get the French toast, and I cannot recommend trying the chubbies enough! View all feedback.

Used to love coming here for breakfast but for some reason recently it?s not been that good. watery eggs benny, overcooked ham. not sure if it?s just a different cook, but yeahh a little disappointed. View all feedback.
