I ordered Paella and asked that the seafood component be replaced by more chicken, the result was slightly burned which was surprising considering Chorizo was a listed ingredient. Problem was the texture and taste was ham sausage not Chorizo. The owner chased us down after we left and accused us of shorting the waitress.
