We had Chinese lunch with friends on Sunday at Shanghai Palace, a short walk from the church we visited in Calgary. $24 per couple for 4 dishes (chicken, fish, beef, vegetables) plus a soup and 2 bowls of rice, it is really cheap. But the food is bland, not much taste, definitely not to return to Shanghai Palace next time in Calgary. View all feedback.

Such a great meal! So much food and the price was very reasonable ! Enough for today's lunch ! Staff very nice!

The food is very good and the place is often very busy. Seems to be busier for weekends and evenings. The food is always hot and the service is excellent.

"Not your typical sushi restaurant. This was a unique experience as the sushis were not typical rolls, but more like Nigiris. The flavors were quite new as well. They present the food beautifully (great for those who like to take pictures), prices were in line with competitors, servers who pop up with simple eye contact and a nice cozy ambience. Try the sushi made with snow crab, that was our favorite. The restaurant is small so it is always a great idea to book a reservation."

"We have been coming to this location many times every time we come to Calgary from Saskatchewan the whole staff has the best and the professional customer service. The food is fresh and delicious as always I?m so glad that they are making sure everybody is following the rules and also they have hand sanitizers all over the place keep up the hard work during this pandemic.
